1 14 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium red onion
12 oz pasta shells
1 12 oz can tuna in spring water
1-2 cl Newman's Own salad dressing
freshly milled black pepper
Cook pasta according to pack instructions in a large saucepan of water salted to taste. Cook until al dente. drain and rinse with cold water. Put in a large bowl.
Finely chop the red onion, and chop the tomatoes into wedges. Drain the canned tuna. Add into the artichokes and toss with the salad dressing. Cover and leave for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
